  These people are so behind when it comes to technology. If you pay online, it never shows that you did unless you call and tell them. They send people to mow the grass but all the pieces of paper and empty bottles and containers never get picked up. Hopefully we can oust them next time there’s a board meeting. So over them.

  The staff was very friendly and even though they did not accept me for the position I applied for they had the decency to call me the very next day and let me know the reason why I was not accepted and wished me luck on my job search.

  Here is a resident at Harrison Bridge Plaza who can with great conviction tell all of you that Patrician Associates is a smoldering garbage barge of a business organization. I've been robbed not once, not twice, THREE times in THREE months in the covered parking area, which has signage stating that the area is video surveilled; NOT true! Mail stolen on Thanksgiving, Residential burglary on 12/21/17: NO ACTION TAKEN. Repeated emails to Julie Palma, the boss of Patrician: NO RESPONSE. Take home: If Patrician Associates manages a prospective property you want to buy/rent... DON'T! It's as though a bunch of disoriented, discombobulated, unsympathetic morons are running the business. Learn from our mistake: AVOID PATRICIAN ASSOCIATES LIKE THE BUBONIC PLAGUE!!!!! Regretfully Former tenant. P.S. This isn't a joke. Please see attached segemts of both police reports I've filed. FYI the case number on the THIRD robbery is 17-15870. YOU SUCK PATRICIAN ASSOCIATES!!!
